Greetings, as per agreement with an individual going by the name of Kisoku and am passing this file on to anyone interested. I was contacted by this individual last night whist in the simulation. I have never seen or spoken to him/her before but s/he asked if I was familiar with Zion systems. I enquired as to why he wanted to know and s/he said that they had a file they were willing to share. This is what I was sent:

It would seem to be a Mainframe signal log, but I am not as technical as some others out there.

I received a message on AIM with the word "Ping" that had a link to that blog, and others mentioned receiving the same thing.

At any rate, it sounds similar in nature.

Well, since this is out in the open...

If you noticed, there was a secure file uplink (upload) to a mainframe in Old Zion from location 915-4...

Signal acquired. 281:6394:5110/915-4 1.83
Authentication challenge in progress. Idle timeout in 30 seconds.
Authentication request received. Verifying authenticity.
Authentication verified. Entering silent mode. Secure uplink accepted.

Yes, 915-4 is a location reference point in The Real. I have had this confirmed from my source.

I have surmised that this is the passive gateway system to the Zion Mainframe and Control Dock (as you can see The Icharus issuing a dock request). This would, however, have to be before the truce, as The Icharus was destroyed when Bane set off that EMP. So, this system verified this was a secure transmission and transferred the file in question to the specified Zion Mainframe.

This is a matter of EPN intelligence, since we're the ones reconstructing Old Zion. If anyone has any inkling on how this may be accessed, please let me know.

The mainframe in question is 8sg2-g0s3-25k-jg92.

According to what I have found out, one of the people distributing this document on Vector (Caigne) specifically told me that they found this after the machines left the ruins to old Zion and BEFORE EPN decided to call Old Zion home, so I wouldnt necessarily say its "EPN" intel, more like Zion intel.

Irregardless, I recieved this document via the person calling themselves 6414 aka Gaia who has been appearing around Debir Court on Vector. I have not been able to establish any link between 6414, and Caigne. Caigne does not know how 6414 received this log and was quite curious to know where she obtained it. My investigations are still ongoing, and if I find out anything new I will post it here.

BTW I would get the mods to move this to another area as well. 6414 was mentioned in the latest Scanline Reciever transmission, so I would think this would be more of a story related event than a player event...

I believe it is Icharus as well, however Wikipedia is a terrible source. I think further research is needed.

ShadowSK mentions her here. I skimmed the log and did not see her name mentioned. Due to time constraints, I could not look more carefully.

There is no mention of her on the Lost Sojourn Journal that I could find. There is a list posted on who was directly contacted. 4 Zion, 2 Machine, 1EPN and 1 Merovingian faction.

I'll update if I learn anything new.

I'm not so sure that these are related. At least, I don't see anything to suggest that they are.
