When I login every thing goes ok then when I pick a char (any of the ones I have) every thing goes ok till loading char. comes up on the loading screen.  It then tells me that my char is already in use.

You can try to create a new char and contact the CSRs to kick your otehr chars.

I had it once that I forgot to log off the forums (during the HTTP: Error 500 stuff) and it said "Account already in use", I logged back to the forums, logged out, and then I could log on.

Otherwise, contact a TSR via the forums. What you pretty much did already. Actually.
