Now I wasnt around before then and I assume that the game manual i have is before then but lots of stuff in their that isnt now for example team duels were these ever in place and if they were why were they removed

they were put in beta, but they never worked.

So they were there but didnt work out so were removed what was wrong with them sounds like a good idea to me

Unfortunately there were a lot of "promises" which are not in game, or will never be in game.  I actually bought the Matrix Online Official Prima Guide.  That was a $16 loss.

Well it was all accurate until it went to press... then everything got changed around in game.  The XP to level up, as well as a number of other things.

Now I would say none of that guide is correct.  Everything about this game has changed, except for hardling locations, and access node locations.  And maybe red frags too.

Yeah alot of content is still laying around not being added for the simple reason is that mxo doesn't really have the time and or funding

(team) tvt would make this game even cooler or what would be even better

would be (faction) fvf and their could be a ladder type of thing where factions battle it out for #1

seeing how luggables opened up some new options, team duels may benefit from building other basic code first.

Team duels never worked, and were never in beta - at least, not from October 2004 onwards.

Rarebit and 9mmfu both said that they never got them to be operational (unlike the faction wars thing which did work for a while and was played at E3 (I think))
