I have obtained this data and decoding is needed. This...Project7 is familiar. I've noted someone with this name on the Syntax side in Tabor Park West. I believe Zion and EPN may be involved but that is not certain.

I assumed there are those who specialize in decoding such as this. I certainly have no clue as to what it means nor do i have any hints to what it may be. Perhaps the numbers are in Base X and must be converted to Binary before a conversion to something understandable. That seems to often be a common decoding method.

Oh? Is that right? I suppose it is time for me to delve further into this then. I suppose I shall start with Zion and EPN as I am sure they are somewhat aware of what this means. And perhaps I shall research the building located behind the Tabor Park West hardline, hmm?
