There is a Black Pearl fash skirt, but that flares u near the belt which dis-lodges the look of wearing the top on top. There's also the black vynl skirt and the black tress skirt but neither of those match up very well to it either.

For trousers there is black cargo pants, black sweeper jeans, black croc pants, and black pinstripes. The only ones that look remotely good with the top are the croc pants and the leather pants Rarebit posted, but they are archive reward.. >.<
