I was using this ability today when I noticed that instead of the -10 downgrade I gave to my enemy (it says -10 in the ability description), I actually gave a -13 downgrade on the Ballistic and melee defense? Just wondering if its something that needed fixing, or if it has to do with buffs from my clothing.

I THINK, key word think, it has to do with your level and stats such as perception or focus. I could be wrong though, wouldn't be the first time.

Well, if it helps any, i'm lvl 23 MA initiate, 20 belief and 19 Focus
