[5.2.5] Enemy spawns increasing in Tabor Park. All operatives respond immediately - Syntax - 8/30/06

Operatives,

Anome's soldiers made a concerted attack on Aqueduct control facilities in Tabor Park yesterday. Sensors detected the incursion, and large numbers of operatives mobilized to repel the attacks. Following the destruction an unusually resilient Reactor, found directing the attacks from an enclosed courtyard, the assault tailed off sharply, with only a few stray attackers remaining in back alleys, easily disposed of by our operatives.

Those on the scene reported to Agent Pace that the hidden Reactor made mention of "Aqueduct controls" several times, and called out a name repeatedly: "Phinney." This may be Anome's leader in charge of large-scale operations in the area. Operatives are directed to report immediately any information pertinent to this development.

((Good luck with that request. For some reason, people in our server feel they have to stand practically INSIDE the LET or right next to them. I guess they are pandering for the hopes of getting thier pic taken and appearing in the Live Event thread. I really wish the LET would automatically keep that shield up so we don't have this problem. What's sad is it's even worse when the Oracle shows up...she is mobbed by bodies and requests for those stupid cookies..lol.))

Definately a great event. Though, I think the Machines need to think about the troublesome friendliness Agent Pace has been showing to the rogue groups like EPN and Cypherites.

Few questions. What does TLC mean? And why did this thug die if if he had not consumed the vials?

Same reason you die when you get to 0 hp. The ones that dont consume the real vials but just the fake ones Anome gives to the lower ranks (machine 5.2 crits) dont die after consuming, Just get a really bad headache

Agent Pace stated this controller had not consumed vials. Thus, his EJP should work. Why did he decease after being killed?
Oh, and it's not after consuming, it's after dying in the Matrix. Those you're calling "fake" also don't hinder you from jacking out.

ok ill explain it in a difrent manor. On assassination missions you are told to kill someone right? When you do they "die" however everyone has an EJP so when they die they dont really die. Same thing here. He died but he didnt. And actully it is after consuming because the body starts to decay and wither. In the case of Weit we can see that after takeing one of these vials the mind no longer needs to body to stay alive.
