Im only saying that the info value will be from now, devaluated. With this easy way to get a lot of info in few time. Prices of items will be a lot of expensive. Try to get a headgear, you will need a lot of time to get one compared with the info so everybody will prefer to buy one and not to loot, the prices will be higher. Thats why i say that the info value is now devaluated.

This is inevitable to some degree, you print more money or make it easier to get and its value goes down proportionately inflation takes over etc.... fortunately they are unlikely to change the cost of abilities and levelling so there will be some damage limitation.....

i agree with notario, the in game economy  will change drastically now that info is so easily farmed. i believe that 100K drops or even 75K would be adequate.. as a lowbie looking at the market things will seem really expensive, since peoples prices will no doubt rise since they know that info can be farmed that easily.... only time will tell how this will effect the in game economy.

I don't recall seeing a major price inflation during the ability buy back when millions and billions were made.  Look at the market now. There's nothing on it.  Yet you still have people putting up lvl 30 shoes for 10mil!???  The market should be auto cleared after 30 days and any remaining items that you haven't sold be returned to your email given the adequate amount of space we have now.  Market inflation is only based upon those who place those items.  Example:  Who sold Data Extractors 2.0's for 5mil when data mining first came out?.. It didn't last long and prices dropped.  Now theirs Extractor 3.0's for 5Mil up there, yes some noobs will buy them at that ridiculous price.  There will always be those who craft and place Items on the market at the price the market gives them.

The difference with the ability buy back was that it occured when there was a significant demand for money to level the cr2 hypers etc and once levelled the other new content cr2 itself was consuming players time..... the first 25 mill really only saw you break even, and it was also finite in time - people made what they could to be comfortable or super rich based on a static economy (to that time) and it came to an end.

The open ended nature of this cash cow will be the most significant factor and the low levels the most likely to feel the change.....the grind, the poverty, the empty space...pity the poor newbie SMILEY

Meaning that we separate rich from poor straight down the middle, with no in between. Making the game seem even less attractive to new players due to the large amounts of info they require to get items they may require to level. Yes they could farm the items them selfs but how many people actually knew what the archives were when leveling ? i know personally i had no idea/interest until i was level 35+

**EDIT**
On the other hand Lowbies Can get in there.. but lets face it they WILL be ganked, that can only be sorted in my opinion by giving the higher level a decrease in stats for a few minutes if they Gank a player 5 levels lower, making it a less attractive CQ.

Any of you on Myspace... could you leave 'your thoughts on data mine' as comments on the MxOSpace Profile? SMILEY http://www.myspace.com/mxospace  So new people can see what we're all saying.  SMILEY I think that would be a big help.

It amazes me that people will and do complain about anything.

We ask for combat to be balanced, the devs give us CR2. Yet we complain

We ask for lvl 50 things do to, they give us PB. Yet we complain

We ask for more events, they give us LESIG.  Yet we complain

We ask for hackers to be toned down, Nerf'd. Yet we complain

We ask for MKT to be toned down, Nerf'd.  Yet we complain

We ask for more clothing, they give us commando gear.  Yet we complain

We petition, plead, pray, press, requisition,  and solicit the devs for new content.  Something to entertain the masses.  They work endlessly for our enjoyment.  Rarebit and his crew of midnight toilers don't hesitate to respond to our pleas. Yet they put in hours of work for the sake of our enjoyment.  Fulfilling our wants, desires and our greed for more entertainment.  Three servers to fill with LET, deadlines to commit to, reports to fill, head of operations to report to.  Crunching in time for this, and for that.  Textures to be fixed, colors on clothing to be dealt with because, "I just don't look good in an all black suit and my shirt is a shade of gray.  It's the only shirt I can wear because It's named "Black" and it's not!"

By all means post your opinion of how you think the economy will and may be effected.  That is why you are paying for the station pass to play some other game(s), and not Mxo.

I think everyone will agree with this post, I personally looked forward to the new construct and definatly am please with what we have gotten from it, and the fact that I can gank my own kind =) FFA FTW!  People arnt angry about the content though, they just seem like they are displeased with it because as much as you change everything about the game it will not bring the community that it once had.

The only problem I have is that Zion seems to be the main gankers, it is annoying to be fighting a mob that my node spawns, and thats the only time I ever see another red.......
