Please help...i cant download a file in the patch=(

I canot finish my patch..it stops on a file called "rezmap.lbt"....ive done every thing that support has told me to...and ive even deleted the file but it keeps showing up as if i never deleted it....what do i do??? spme one plz help me...:smileysad:

What type of connection do you have? I can't check the file size right now but when I get home I can tell ya.

It is 6.24mb's. Do you have any security programs running?

I guess that rules out the it's a big file give it some time theory.

i have windows security is but ive turned the firewall off already (doesnt work)...also i just got this computer yesterday and it has plenty of free space...i really need yalls help...i also tried to go to chat support but no one came on.
