When submitting a petition, please make sure you select the correct type of petition before you send it in. If you send in a Bug petition, your petition will go directly to QA for investigation. These tickets are closed as soon as they reach the QA team and won't be responded to.

 

If you need in-game help, make sure you select Ticket. These petitions go to the CS staff for resolution and will be responded to.
