I've been around since beta, and I'm a casual player. I play a few hours a week, generally solo as of late, but should be finding more teams now. Frankly, I just want to know what everybody's views on effective ways to level are, considering the recent changes. Oh, I'm lv 29 by the way.

Well, I still do the occasional mission run with the Level 50 faction mates. Seems to be the most effective in leveling.

Yeah missions still the quickest way of gaining xp imo

Access nodes still give big chunks of xp but in the same time as finding the key and tagging the node you might get more xp overall in missioning.

Tagging hardlines and access nodes is good for about the first 20 levels.  Ive been running missions solo on hard using spy and it seems to be the easiest way.  Of course if you have a level 50 willing to run missions with you it would be better.  Ive had no luck soling Tengu which use to be a good way to get xp quick at this level.

I've also read about this Pandoras Box mission that spawns lots of high xp mobs that makes it ridiculously fast to level. Not sure about when this was done, or if it still applies in CR2. Any legitimacy to the claims?

2 level 50s and it takes...
1lvl 50 with recall doing the missions....
then another lvl 50 with recall killing the neighbourhood bosses to drop keys, once a key drops ou get recalled to pick it up, then you get recalled back to the mission area by the 2nd lvl 50

Once i hit like level 40 i found a hybrid spy/MA tree to be the quickest way to solo level. Have hacker/picklocks/sneak loaded for the normal sequences and the MA is for killin the required NPC's.

PB3 is a very effective way to level, Levet.

I'm assuming things will get more fun by lv 42, considering you've got a couple new abilities to play around with, and you can start getting seriously effective in PvP. However, the grind from 31 to 42 will be a slow uneventful one. Course it doesn't help that I have like -30 machine rep. Not bad since it used to be minimum, but I want to get to those criticals!

Nope its not nerfed, but now the low lvls have to attack the npcs to get good xp, they just cant sit in the elevator anymore, but u can still gte 600k a pop running pb3 gps, dont di it in the same building tho, as thats an exploit.
