Bug on force Multiplier?

I recently dulled a mix of Force Multiplier and Martial arts. It would have been an easy kill for me but then there is this:
Combat Aura 2.0, Viral Deflect, Combat Aura 1.0 and such WILL NOT be deactivated by powerless and/or stuns.
Is this a bug?

yeah its a hacker move and yet you can go into selfe defence an with the accuracy and damage buffs do a decent ammount of damage,
although maybe this was intentional to allow the hacker to get some use of the abilites he had loaded.

But those are buffs, which have a very short duration and need refreshing. But that refreshing should be interrupted when you get powerless and/or stunned, as does every other ability in this game.

Naw. Then it wud be like every DOT attack a hacker does will apply will work until either timer runs out of course or that that hacker gets powerless AFTER hes done that DOT attack. Fine as is.

Point is that if you activate it, you need IS. After you get powerless the ability is still "running" but needs a refreshment through IS, but since you get powerless you could say, you're prohibited of using IS based abilities and every item, like pills. That means you cannot refresh it while you are powerless since you are prohibited of using IS and items, thus the ability should deactivate itself as if you had no IS left.

It doesn't deactivate when you have no IS left btw... It waits until you get it back then reapplies.

So what? It applies again AFTER you have IS back. That means it should reapply AFTER powerless/confuse/pacify/stun is gone, not WHILE it.
