Okay, my factionmates and I have been bugging soe and we got some answers.

1.) You need to download the station launcher to get the other games.

2.) SOE is working to upgrade everyone's account to a station access pass. However, its taking a while. They should all be activated within the next couple days.

3.) Pirates of the Burning Sea and PlanetSide are NOT going to be available to us. We WILL have access to EQ, EQ II, and SWG.

4.) The Access should start soon, and it will run for 60 days.

We got this from a phone conversation, an email, and a live chat.

Initial Question: Hi, MXO players were supposed to get the station access pass for us to try out new games since MXO is closing. It seems that on the station launcher I have EQ and EQII, and possibly SWG but not pirates or planetside, or vanguard. I had a few questions regaurding this whole thing.

do we still have to pay for july of mxo my account info says next billing date is july 1st

Pirates is offering a 14 day trial btw, which I havent noticed before.  While fishing around on the SOE sites its on the banner ad in some places.  I signed up for the trial which I might play around with after July 31st.

I'm kinda sad Pirates and PS wont be available, those were the two that I was considering checking out

Unfortunately I still don't have access. I'm guessing they underestimated how many people would resub to see the game end. Probably thought they'd only have to go in and work magic on 50 accounts, and suddenly they have to deal with a few hundred.

One of my former MxO-playing friends is currently playing Pirates, and I was hoping to join him for a little while and check it out.

Is there an official reason as to why we're not going to be given access to that or Planetside...?

Seeing as how FR launches from it's own website and, to my knowledge, isn't even compatible with the Station Launcher how does one go about getting their FR account upgraded to a full members account with this.. compensation we're receving?

I don't know what just happened but I just lost my Matrix Online Subscription...I can't log in through Station Launcher or stand alone MxO client

use the same account info as mxo to sign in?
