This is the Idea game setup.
Search and Destroy.
These will be Faction based battles. (MACHINE vs ZION vs MERV)
Ideally
12+2 v 12+2
Battle Setup.
Two full teams for each Faction.
Each Side will have a Base of Operations which will house their “Leader”
Each Leader will be giving clues to the whereabouts of the other teams base of operation.
Each side will also have one OPERATOR per ship (Event Staff), They will be the only one who will be able to contact the acting DM for information regarding the opposing side, i.e. answers to their clues, and location information. The operator will then inform their teams. Each side will get to hide their “Operators” themselves in order to avoid stagnation.
Each Side will have choices to make as to who they send out to find the opposing team.
The “OPERATOR” will also be hidden within the Matrix and clues will be giving as to her/his location. If the OPERATOR is killed that whole ship is lost. The clues for the OPERATORS location will be hard so that they are harder to find. Each side will get to hide their “Operators” themselves in order to avoid stagnation.
I. Base of Operations
Must meet these requirements.
Two ships must make their choices. Who will attack and who Defend.
- Each Ship will have 6 operatives at least 48-50 lvl's
- One of those operatives must protect the Leader at all times.
- The will be held in a secured room within the building at all times.
- Defending operatives may only protect the surrounding room of their leader. Unless the leader is under attack.
- The Leader May not change floors, and must stay in his/her designated room. He/she can be invisible
- The operator cannot be defended, nor can he change buildings. He can only be hidden.
- Operatives can REZ Each other. Other than that, if you die you’re dead.
II. Objectives.
- Kill the opponents Leader.
- Kill the opponents Operator.
- Kill all operatives.
III. Beginning Phase./Ending Phase
- Meeting of Ship Captains with the DM.
- Rosters will be given for each side, and will determine who is involved in each battle.
- Clues and Rule agreements to be handed out to each ship’s Captain.
- Captains will return to their Base Of Operations.
- Initial battle begins.
- Good Luck.
OVERALL RULES
- MUST BE IN PVP AT ALL TIMES.
- ANY OPERATIVE NOT ON THE SELECTED TEAM THAT JOINS THE BATTLE, THE SIDE IS DISQUALIFIED.
- A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF $NFO WILL BE AT STAKE IN ORDER TO CUT BACK ON POSSIBLE CHEATING. (optional)
- MATCHES WILL BE TIME BASED, QUICKEST TIME WINS. AND THERE WILL BE AN ONGOING METER SHOWING WHICH FACTION HAS THE BEST TIMES.
- IF YOU ARE KILLED BY AN OPERATIVE OR AN AGENT FOR LACK OF ACCESS YOU ARE DEAD, UNLESS YOU ARE REZ’d BY YOUR FELLOW COMMRADES.
