Hello All...

I recently contacted many of you for a player event. Here are the official rules. If you are interested please send me an in game message with information in regard to Times and dates. It Looks like we will be holding this on

Thursdays nights.
@ 5pst
Time adjustments will be made.
Also a movie will be made for Each team that wins. And I will keep Times and Winner information on here for you all to grade for yourselves. The First two faction have been contacted for the first round of S&D. If your faction is interested please send me a message. Tanks.


Search and Destroy.


Two teams one motivation: Destruction.
Mal3fic will be acting as Referee, and Camera man.
Each Team will have 4 million $nfo Entrance Fee that I'll hold till the end of the match.


The Team that is chosen to protect the building will be stronger.

Defenders
must meet these requirements.
1. Must have one Leader in level 40's (
45-49 preferably. if not we can adjust)

2. Defenders Can only have 6 operatives and one must be a Doctor atleast 48-50 lvl's

3. One of those operatives must protect the Leader in a secured room within the building at all times.

4. Defending operatives may only protect the surrounding room of their leader. Unless the leader is under attack.

5. Defenders Leader May not change floors, and must stay in his/her designated room. He/she can be invisible

6. Defenders can REZ Each other as long as their Doctor is alive.

Attacking Team
must meet these requirements.

1. Must have one Leader in level 40's (45-49 preferably. if not we can adjust)

2. Attackers can only have 3 level 50's

3. Attackers will receive clues to the whereabouts of the Defenders.

4. Attackers may not REZ Once you're dead you're dead.

5. Leader must stay with the attacking force at all times. If you lose your leader, you will not lose the game, but it will be noted.

GENERAL RULES.

1. MUST BE IN PVP AT ALL TIMES.
2. ANY OPERATIVE NOT ON THE SELECTED TEAM THAT JOINS THE BATTLE, THE TEAM IS DISQUALIFIED.
3. A PREDETERMINED AMOUNT OF $NFO WILL BE AT STAKE IN ORDER TO CUT BACK ON POSSIBLE CHEATING.
4. MATCHES WILL BE TIME BASED, QUICKEST TIME WINS. AND THERE WILL BE AN ONGOING METER SHOWING WHICH FACTION HAS THE BEST TIMES.

GAME PLAY.
Scene One.
Information Gathering. A meeting Location and instructions will be given to the Attacking team, who will thus have to find said "person" through riddles and Land marks.

Scene Two
Building Location and Beginning attack.  If any operatives are lost in the attacking team and they still manage to Win the building they will proceed to defend the building from three of the defending units of the team as they try to re- take the building.

Scene Three
If the defenders are beaten they will have a chance to retack the building with three units, one of them being their leader. 2 lvl 50's and a Leader.

This is the Idea game setup.

Search and Destroy.

 

These will be Faction based battles. (MACHINE vs ZION vs MERV)

Ideally

 

12+2 v 12+2

 

Battle Setup.

 

Two full teams for each Faction.

 

Each Side will have a Base of Operations which will house their “Leader”

Each Leader will be giving clues to the whereabouts of the other teams base of operation.

 

Each side will also have one OPERATOR per ship (Event Staff), They will be the only one who will be able to contact the acting DM for information regarding the opposing side, i.e. answers to their clues, and location information. The operator will then inform their teams. Each side will get to hide their “Operators” themselves in order to avoid stagnation.

 

Each Side will have choices to make as to who they send out to find the opposing team.

 

The “OPERATOR” will also be hidden within the Matrix and clues will be giving as to her/his location. If the OPERATOR is killed that whole ship is lost. The clues for the OPERATORS location will be hard so that they are harder to find. Each side will get to hide their “Operators” themselves in order to avoid stagnation.

 

 

I. Base of Operations

Must meet these requirements.
Two ships must make their choices. Who will attack and who Defend.

 

  1. Each Ship will have 6 operatives at least 48-50 lvl's
  2. One of those operatives must protect the Leader at all times.
  3. The will be held in a secured room within the building at all times.
  4. Defending operatives may only protect the surrounding room of their leader. Unless the leader is under attack.
  5. The Leader May not change floors, and must stay in his/her designated room. He/she can be invisible
  6. The operator cannot be defended, nor can he change buildings. He can only be hidden.
  7. Operatives can REZ Each other. Other than that, if you die you’re dead.

 

II. Objectives.

  1. Kill the opponents  Leader.
  2. Kill the opponents Operator.
  3. Kill all operatives.

 

III. Beginning Phase./Ending Phase

 

  1. Meeting of Ship Captains with the DM.
  2. Rosters will be given for each side, and will determine who is involved in each battle.
  3. Clues and Rule agreements to be handed out to each ship’s Captain.
  4. Captains will return to their Base Of Operations.
  5. Initial battle begins.
  6. Good Luck.

 

 

 

OVERALL RULES

Hey Mal, it was funny even know we did not have two full teams and some other problems. I really like the idea of this battle bewteen each other and also it is different from the normal pvp at mara....

I hope i can be there next time.

Due to the Kid.
