my account has been "already in use" for a few days.

Go there and submit a ticket asking for your charecter to be booted from the game world.

It didnt log out correctly.

Best link to use is http://support.station.sony.com/petition and that way it goes straight to the in game GM's and their queue, usually very effective on weekends. SMILEY

Yeah, I got the same thing going on with me now. Tried deleting a character and my launcher froze. Now, that character is still there and my account is in use since last night.

Exactly the same here: Deleting a toon sends your account to Valhalla until someone moves their lazy *CENSORED* to ghostkill the bugged session...

Go to http://support.station.sony.com/petition and fill out an In-Game petition with the stuck category and a GM will sort you out.
