Sell to Vendors at Profit?

Is there anything you can craft and then sell to the vendors at a profit?

I've got all these bits from 35 lvls of decompiling things, but all my attempts at the using the marketplace have been futile. I'd like to do something with them besides just recycle them.

I was stuck "Out of Game" when the buyback occurred so I am stuck with those leaked Zen skills.

Discontinued abilities (not ones that moved within the trees) should vendored for full price still.
