SIck of this unstability!

This is just beyond frustration now, i've purchased a new computer and a new router now, opened the required ports and anything else i can do to get rid of this horrible unstability Matrix Online has and its unbeatable. The sad thing is, it seemed to have gotten even worse since the last goddamn patch. What can i do? This game is becoming unplayable, it was unplayable from the start but i thought i'd give it a chance. There's no real EU support, considering there is no server that is best for EU they're all as bad as each other, all stationed in the US. As much as i don't wanna put this game down, i might have to at this rate.

My pings are hanging around 200-400 all the time, somehow jumping from 150-300 in one go for egsample, this is just resulting in a completely crappy gameplay experience, jerking everywhere. If im in combat i lose something like 50 health before the enemy has actually begun initiating the attack. Sometimes ill die, then jump up again, then die again. All things like this, i can open doors about 10 feet away before im near to them. I've tried to ignore things like this and forced myself to like the game but it just aint happening.

My FPS are fine so dont worry about those.

Is there actually any solution or is everyone here playing from the UK experiencing the same problem, they just dont mind paying for this?

Someone just put me out my misery.

It might be your connection i'm afraid, since i upgraded mine from 1mb to 10mb i've rarely had any lag and i'm in the UK, although i do have 3gb of ram.

Have you checked for new drivers on http://www.omegadrivers.net/ ? Thier pretty good with video card drivers.

Last time i had a problem was when some drunk kicked the ***** out of NTL box up the road from me. Asides that, some lag is expected connecting from the otherside of the pond. Hope it works out for you.

Thanks for the help Jinxx but its nothing to do with my system, this is all brand new top of the range stuff. This PC can handle this game, it just cant handle the awful servers im paying monthly for. If MxO requires over 3MB connection speed / bandwidth then thats a goddamn joke. I guess this will never be fixed, so im going to have to put down this game because i cant pay monthly for 'maintenance' on servers that are beyond maintenance and quite frankly suck.

Where are you geographically? And what drivers do you have? Do you have spyware running? Etc

Dont quit the game cuz the "servers suck", it may be something else.

Like i said this is all brand new, brand new hard drive, brand new graphics card, brand new processor, everything... There's no spyware on it yet. The drivers im using are in the list i posted above, graphics card drivers are the 81.98 and my motherboard is running the 6.70 nForce platform drivers. I just dont know what it is with MxO. The only thing i could think of causing this unstability is the fact im running MxO from the downloaded client. I've tried running everything on low, tried everything on high, in between, everywhere, it just aint happening. Constant little jerks no matter what i do, running round, fighting, looking around... Its just these little annoying jerk spikes every 2 seconds when im doing something. I can even be just standing there and my ping will jump from 150 - 400 suddenly and its this kinda behaviour which causes the problems im experiencing. I dont know what it is and the devs barely provide any support, makes me wonder.

I appreciate all your support guys, keep the ideas coming cos im clueless now.

Make sure that your firewall or antivirus are interferring with the game.
And the devs dont provide support for this game because thats not their job, the Technical Support Representative does, and I bet CoryS could help ya. On tuesday when their back maybe he can help...Just make sure your firewall and antivirus arent interferring with the program, and ur ports are open.
