My goodness! We've got all kinds of new faces popping up in the city these days. True, they're actually old faces--but now they're seeing this place with new eyes.

I hope you folks who've been around for a while will take some time to show the new kids the ropes. Sure, you're all big, tough operatives now, but I remember when you first got here; know what you looked like? Just like some of these new people coming in today. Seeing this place for what it really is can be pretty overwhelming at first. Think back--you'll remember.

It's a little better these days, maybe; they've worked out some of the kinks. But that doesn't mean the new people wouldn't appreciate a helping hand. Remember the great friend who first came along and gave you a hand up? You can be that person for someone else, now. That's how you make a difference in this world.

I want to thank Seymour, xCareBearx, and LightingLdr180 for helping get welcoming parties started in Parallaxis for the new arrivals. We could use more folks like those three. Because maybe, if we do this thing right, some of these new faces will help us save this big ball of ones and zeros we call home. Or at least, we'll have fun trying.

Anyway,

Someone tell Chadwick to write in a gratuitous 20 minute fight scene with the Oracle in it. That would be unforgettable.

I'm surprised I didn't see a "Ask a vet/kissing booth" hehe. Man, it's getting late.

I don't know about holding a party but any new players that read this, my friend(s) are prepared to answer any Qs you might have @ Mara Central - Recursion.

Just say, "I have a question" and we'll /t (tell) you.

I admit, it's not really the way I like to see character appearences ... it's kinda disillusioning. Or maybe a bit "commercial". SMILEY

With the Oracle to help the Newpills in, I'm sure they will find their footing much quicker. But she can't visit all the time, so let's take it upon ourselves to help them out whenever they need it!

The real question would be...Do they appreciate it? I mean since they werent looged on before, they prolly dont understand the value of it.
