Hey all,

This is a very newb question: can an assassin enter stealth after he engages the enemy, i.e. perform multiple abilities that require stealth on the same guy.

Also, would a assassin / karate tree work well or should I pick something else to mix with assassin?

Thanks.

Stealth cannot be achieved whilst either in combat or stood too close to any enemy.

Any ability with stealth is good for the element of surprise, but if you buff your stealth stats with clothes, you'll effectively have less melee damage buffs, to use against an opponent.  If you choose not to buff your stealth however to add more melee damage to your Karate, people can see you easier, thus rendering the exercise somewhere near superfluous.  The common trend seems to be for knife thrower coupled with stealth, rather than any Martial Art.

Like most things in MxO, swings and roundabouts

Hope this helps

Actually, karate/assassin is a very decent build.

I got to level 35 only using karate and assassin.

At the higher lvls you'll also get the supplex+ki charged kick combo.

I didn't articulate myself very clearly with my post.  I didn't mean that Karate and assassin is a necessarily bad build, just that knife thrower/assassin seems to be the trend and perhaps more effective in a group.  Karate/assassin would be great for combat.  Didn't mean to rag on any karate assassins out there :smileytongue:
