lol i think that its all a matter of perspective, Populatrity and general point of view.  Personally, I think Broin is a really good hacker, But no one is the best at any load in my point of view. PvP is totally different than Duels. Take me for instance, i focus on beating Mkt's, Gunners and MA's rather than Hacker Vs Hacker, Because generally on the field you tend to fight more of them 3 loadouts rather than Hackers. I could name a few hackers off the top of my head which would probally equal Broins talent in hacking, for example: Orion1, 2soon2late, ContriK etc. A lot of the time things like this come about because of certain reputation a player has bulit up over time, but if you spoke with broin i'm sure he wouldn't claim to be the best hacker on vector.
