Well I would say that the timeframe would be 3-6 months then, allowing any previous Tech develoments researched prior to the truce (EJP [When did Wright leave Zion btw?] Marketplace etc.) to be implemented, equipment to be re-built and personnel to be trained etc..

In M2, Morpheus talks about how many minds they have freed "over the past 6 months", which suggests 6 months pass between the first and second movies. So I believe a 6 months periode between M1 and M2.
