My dears, I'm happy to reveal to you another liaison who will be working with us: Vairys. She's a true believer, and you can count on her to further our cause. She sent me her personal manifesto, if you will, and here it is so you can read it over and get to know her better before you meet her. I'm sure you'll love her as much as I do. xxxooo Veil <3

Vairys

"They lied to me. All of them. They stole my life from me and I let them do it. Why am I telling you this? Because, you feel the same way, else I would not be communicating with you. I was the lead vocalist of the band Dark Nothing, an elite industrial group that was tearing up the underground music scene. When I was on stage everyone worshiped me as a goddess. That all changed when my drummer came to practice one day with his strange new friends, WanNi, Neurophyte, and Vashuo. On that day the lies that enveloped me were spun and before we knew it I followed them to an abandoned warehouse like a idiot rabbit led about by a carrot on a stick. It was this warehouse that I was offered that dreadful red pill. Looking back, I still ask myself: Why, oh why, didn't I take the blue pill.

"The crew of the Novalis II extracted me and taught me all about the matrix and the operative neural connections. They got me set up with a conrtoller and introduced me to Niobe. The rivethead in me was eager to get out there and start stomping the opposition. At first it was kinda cool. I was kicking butt with the best of them. I had the attitude and the spirit. I felt like I was living in a William Gibson novel. It was all like some big video game or something. It was the best rush I had ever felt.

"That all changed when the ennui set in. I started missing the life I left behind. The music. My band. The screaming fans. The grinding guitars and darkwave beats. The smoky, dingy and overcrowded dives I used to perform at. They lost all their meaning once the veil was pulled from my eyes. Waking up to the reality of life killed me inside. After a while that feeling of loss turned to anger and hate of the deceitful Zionists who only show us the bright side of the coin and not the darker one.

"In my anger I joined the Merovingian's forces....my only real goal was to slaughter Zionists. The Merovingian and his operatives were no better. The Frenchman was just a means to exact vengeance on Zion. It was around this time that I heard about Vashuo's death at the hands of Toorima. I had always wanted to kill the crew of the Novalis II for their trickery...and Toorima had killed one of them. I had to seek her out.

"I left the pompous french fool's service and searched for Toorima, now called Veil. After a chance encounter with Cryptos and his box near a bar Downtown I was confronted by Veil. I couldn't help it... I burst into tears at her feet. Thats when she said the words that gave me hope....she said "You want it back don't you, hun. I know you do. Together, we can help Cryptos return the matrix to the way it should be.

"I've made my choice. My choice is to give humanity back their right of choice. A choice other than endless fighting in the darkness of reality. The choice to live a normal life within the Matrix. The Cypherite cause is your second chance at that blue pill. Ignorance really is bliss."

And once again, I have to ask "At what price peace?" you want back in the plant? that's fine, it should be allowed. But you are murdering people who have absouluetely nothing to do with your goals. It's mindless, Toorima, and you have to know it somwhere.

Do you think that when you're back in the pod your hands will no longer look that shade of red? do you think the voices of those you killed, including Vashuo's, will stop haunting you at night? You're wrong, Toorima, they'll haunt you til your dying day, and I'll be there to make sure they do.

Vairys, are you aware of what happens to those who betray the Frenchman? No? I mean, you must not know, considering the path you have chosen. We'll be seeing you.

Au Revoir.

Vairys, if you are so coward to face the truth, why don't you just take the blue pill and shut up ?

You remember the guys on the forums that say that are going to give up of the game, but 2 weeks later they are back again.

Well, in other words, you are annoying, can't you see that Veil and Cryptos are just using you? If they want to go back to the life that they had before, why they just didn't take the blue pill and forget everything that they lived outside the matrix? (maybe they are only using you, and others like you)?

Take care, hun

Welcome, Vairys. Together we shall return to the lives we so foolishly surrendered.

seems foolish to be focusing on the outward, the goals of the cypherites are what we need to understand.  so we can stop them.

These people...could never understand why we love this path we live.  Why we fight for the second chance at choice.

They call us causeless,  our path fractured and without meaning.

I am tired of people killing us because we wish to return to the matrix, claiming that we have a pointless cause.

If you wish to return to the matrix as a bluepill, of course that is your choice but what about the people who want to live in the real world, who feel that now they know of the powers we have accumilated that they can't go back to the life of a bluepill, wandering around hopelessly.

To force people to go back to the matrix is an insult to neo's memory and everybody who has died to preserve the life as we know it now. Sure we have problems but problems can be overcome.

You are a problem and you SHALL be overcome

Redpills have been gifted with a wonderful oppertunity, powers we could previously only dream of, a world to shape in our own image.......consider the rewards you could enjoy, the power, the wealth, the freedom are you really ready to turn your back on that? Don't be misled - the aspiration of a cypherite is total surrender, the aspiration of a Merovingian, total control - are you to be the leaf in the wind or the force of nature itself?

Hmmm... a former redpill Exile has joined the Cypherites.  I'll have to do something about that.
