Ok, ive seen all the movies, played all the games, and currently i just
got the trial to Mxo(amazing game btw). What i dont understand is this,
why dont the humans just cooperate and live in the matrix. Some will
argue and say "because your not free!" But how free are you when you
leave the matrix and enter a world where you have to live underground
to run from machines who want to kill you. Please guys enlighten me :smileyhappy:

It's one of the questions the Wachowskis ask us via the franchise.  Would you live in comfort and safety in a world of ignorance?  Or would you live in a dead world knowing the horrible truth?

You should ask the Cypherites about that...

Well, currently there is a truce so Zion itself is safe from the machines at this present time.

The question you ask is one of the most common questions that the Matrix gives to you. As Morpheus puts it, "if you could go back, would you really want to?" Remember, 99% of the human race agrees with you, but there's that 1% (probably more now post-Revolutions) that rebel and do not want to live in a lie.

Heres a pretty easy answer to that :smileytongue:

It comes down to having the choice, not the decision in my opinion.

I wish the game made it possible to live as a bluepill.  On one hand there would be players living Sim-like lives and on the other hand there would be redpills who know what's going on behind the scenes.  No more NPC bluepills, since they'd all be real players.  And If a bluepill wants to be let in on the big secret, they have to be given the red pill by a redpill player.  I know it'll never happen (it's not really a practical idea), but I like the concept.

I'd like the option to play as a bluepill, mainly for any RP purposes. So for those who want to, they can start their RP as the bluepill who gets released and so on. Also reinsertion would be kind of cool for Cypherites, if there was a way to maintain it so it doesn't happen too often.

If you never knew, would it really matter?

If everyone was re-inserted, nobody would ever know, the world would go on, and nobody would die for Zion's cause.

No Matrix=cold caves, bad food, not even knowing your really free (matrix within a matrix)

It's human nature to want to know.  We're inquisitive.  We like questioning things.  We can't help it.

Becoming aware of the matrix, even before taking the red pill, is inherent in everyone.  Every bluepill is subconsciouslly aware of the matrix, but in order for the system to be effective it must present the choice to either accept or reject it, if even at a subconscious level.  99% of bluepills choose to ignore that splinter in their mind.

Even if everyone were re-inserted, there would still be that 1% who choose to embrace their awareness of the system and seek out the red pill.

The choice to accept or reject the matrix is much more than just taking the red or blue pill.  The choice is constantly occuring in our minds.

These are just a few of my interpretations, of course.  SMILEY

If there's no one to hand out the red pill, people would figure it out themselves and become "self-aware."
