When the TV version of the Dresden Files was airing, and I used to watch it via SciFi.com, Terence Mann as Bob the Skull (aka Hrothbart of Bainbridge) always, *ALWAYS* made me think of Flood:

I would give that selection a 7 out of 10. Since there isn't a audio file for Flood's voice to my knowledge, the voice could be higher or lower, so I don't know if Bob's right for the job..but physically, I think he would make a good Flood.

There's totally an audio file for Flood's voice.

It's just that no one ever completes the mission, because it's the easiest way to get into Hel. SMILEY
