So i go to login to alt today and low and behold it says "The character you are attempting to login to does not exist".

Okay i think to myself, should be an easy fix contact there support and take it from there. So i go into chat support, fill out the forms and get TSR Danny S. It's about 6:40pm PST and i notice chat closes at 7pm PST.  Anyways Danny proceeds to tell me:

TSR Danny S.: This is a game play related issue. I will send you an email regarding this issue. Please reply me back to that email. Once we receive your reply I will forward your issue to our Game Play Support. A Game Master will look into your issue and contact you back through email.

Great i think, reply to the email no problem so i go and do just that.

I then get a follow up email that reads:

You recently attempted to respond to an automatically generated incident receipt from the SOE Customer Support system. At this time we do not allow incident updates via email reply. If you wish to respond or submit additional information to your support incident, please log on to the following support link and update via the My Questions page.

LINK

So i click on the link where it's asking me for my email address and password. I enter them and it says it's not correct and i cannot login. I think to myself.... Self is it possible i could have lost or perhaps forgotten my login info. Self assures me thats probably not the case but to be on the safe side i use the password recover tool where it says:

Unable to Email Password
You do not need a separate Password to recieve support.

So i click on Service history and login and get told there Security certificates are out of date.

So i go to HULK SMASH mode and start to wonder how the hell i get anyone to look at this issue.

Well first of all how are you logging on the forums and second i dunno about the character but SoE RARELY deletes peoples accounts for any reason so just wait a day or two and see what happens.

Create a spare char (if you have a spare slot on any server)

/ccr with the character name and server in question.

They're pretty quick with character restorations; I know, I'm still to my knowledge, the only person to have survived two (or four, as it's been twice per character!) deletions.

Try and keep it in game.

You are certainly the most prolific restorer we ever saw

I'm sure this is just an accidental deletion but it can't hurt to check your subscription is paid up.
