Unable to log in

Is anyone else out there having this issue? Game stalls at loading character which is preventing me from logging in. I also tried to create a new character and once I accepted the character info nothing else happened. Can anyone help?

P.S. I have also reinstalled and it's still not working SMILEY

do you have your firewall set to let the game thru? or is it blocking it? That would be the first thing to try.
