Name: Phinesse

Rank: Captain

Age: 24 (estimated)

Sponsor: Cptn. Crystale, HvCFT Freedom II (deceased)

[CONTENT REDACTED]

Notes:

1. Suffered moderate neurological damage as a result of being awakened
at age 23 (estimated), resulting in long term organic memory loss - she
remembers almost nothing of her life as a blue pill.  Notes
recovered from the wreck of HvCFT Freedom II indicate that Phinesse was
a decorated SWAT team officer who had been moving towards a violent
self-awakening when she came to the attention of Cptn. Crystale and her
crew.  [signature redacted]

2. Notes to discipinary commitee:  concerning the assault on citizen [redacted]
by citizen Phinesse - it appears that the motivation for this incident
was a heated discussion between Phinesse and the victim concerning the
validity and virtue of the Truce.  This situation was seemingly
axacerbated by the presence of serveral bodies in the rubble of the
part of the docks where [redacted] and Phinesse were
working.  As no permanent damage was done to the victim, it is my
recommendation that Phinesse be relieved of her duties with the
engineering corps, placed under house arrest for a period of 1 week,
and re-evaluated for insertion into the Matrix. (for the love of God, she's been working up there for nearly a year...get her away from the dead bodies.) [signature redacted]

3. Notes to Commander Lock: While she is medically fit for entry into
the Matrix, I have grave doubts regarding the wisdom of this
decision.  Calling this woman's politics extreme would be an
understatement - please see my notes regarding the incident last
month.  Sir, she broke his jaw in two places for suggesting that
the truce was a good idea.  If she is allowed to run free in the
Matrix, she'll cause trouble or I'll eat my left boot.  Remember what happened with Morpheus! [signature redacted]

4. Notes to Councillor [redacted]: Phinesse appears to be
assimilating into the Matrix well - please assure Commander Locke that
there have not been any mass killings yet.  She has performed well
on the basic missions we have assigned to her so far - Phinesse is a
born warrior, and I suggest that we use her as such.
Specifically, I have in mind the removal of certain exiles within the
Matrix that have been interfering with our operations.  If you are
emenable, I'll let Tyndall know. [signature redacted]

5. Notes to [redacted]: Well, I'll see if I can't scare up some
steak sauce for that boot, soldier.  She's doing just fine in
there - in fact, she's proving to be most useful in the elimination of
some of our more troublesome rivals.  I am recommending to
Commander Locke that she be allowed to salvage a ship from the
boneyard.  Don't bother complaining about it - you know I've got
more pull than you do. [signature redacted]
