When you click Details for any of the Silver Dragons, you learn that their chief is one Jehiro (or something like that, sorry, I don't have my notes in front of me now), but when you start Grace's mishes, she refers to their leader as a guy named Long (not all that different from the romanization of the Mandarin word for "dragon".  A single name would make more sense.

 By the way, the Silver Dragons are very interesting as a gang composed of exiles and redpills (disaffected ormer Zionists).  There could be a great backstory for this, and maybe some potential for story material.  Grace's enduring enmity for them could lead to many a thread down the line.
