I get invited to faction, log off then back in and I have no faction. Really F in sucks I have to reinvited to faction everytime I login.

Not sure how that would fix it considering your association with a faction should in theory be server side, Meaning when you join a faction some information associated with your character is written into the data base.

Make sure it says saving char data before relogging and that yoy are actually able to make a crew beforehand because those 2 bugs are connected.

if it doesn't i assume Trading an idem in game to some one would write your character data right meaning u should be fine then?

I've had this exact same bug lately and it seemed to be solved, temporarily, by trading an item to another player. Unfortunately, when I relogged the crew was "non existent". Go figure.

Send a CCR describing the problem and ask if they can reset your Crew information on the server. I had a problem with a few characters with this issue a while ago and this fixed it up, If you leave a crew then this problem will pop up because it doesn't wipe the data from the server.
