Just came back to the game

I also have Zion hardware req and Translocation program

They're super-rare items that you can't get through normal means anymore.

Big "I was there" symbols. Oh, you can trade the Translocation Program for some glasses or an ugly jacket at Loripor(collector by Mara C)

I have a Neo's Insight and it doesn't do anything anymore. It used to activate a long long time ago.

It seemed to make you stronger when fighting. Maybe like a cross of antibiotic/tactic boost? Sort of like the mobius is like a health boost.

But it does nothing now.

Depending on which organization had the most RSI fragments turned it, it gave either a 3%, 6%, or 9% toughness bonus. The org with the lowest amount of frags got the 3%, the highest got 9%, and the one in-between got 6%.

According to several old posts I've found, the org who got the most Shapers received a 10% toughness bonus. This would fit with the Oracle's line: "Whoever is able to control the shapers will share the greatest portion of Neo’s gift". Also, the Shaper stolen by the false Agents could either be saved or deleted, so players could potentially increase their ... I guess you could call it "Shaper score" ... or delete the Shaper so no one benefited.

As long as you have Zion rep, you can activate the Zion Hardware Requisition for a toughness bonus. Just put it on your hotbar.

You know, not wanting to take away or demean the old abilities like glimmer and hardware req, but I think that new awards or abilities that give similar abilities should be made, perhaps for an event (like the next anniversary).

I know, I know... those abs were when an event was a massive thing that went on for ages and the fact that it would take a bit of dev time (and possibly money) to sort it out for todays MxO... but it'd still be nice...

Any of the 3 work with any of the orgs as long as you got over 1 rep in any org.

I switched orgs once and it didn't activate.

I have the Glimmer, and 127 Zion Rep. It has always worked.
