i heard the information from my friend and his uncle
works for nintendo. thier suing them because sony broke nintendos
contract not to make a portable system.

You know, Ron
told Hermione to tell Harry that Seamus told Ron that Dean was told by
Parvati that Hagrid was looking for Harry, and while that was actually
true, I have a pretty tough time believing your friend's uncle really
works for Nintendo. Call it a hunch, if you will.

And for the record, Nintendo doesn't have a world-wide patent on
portable video game systems. They're just darn good at making them.
