Now, if you want to comment about how unfair it is that there is no system of rewards for veterans, then you might have a leg to stand on.
There are clear criteria for those two items and if you don't meet them, sorry for your luck, but stop whining about it. It's an incentive to get new players to sign up for the game, and if people continue to complain about it they may scrap it, giving new people even less incentive to try this game out.

first off...yer i did pre-order, but couldnt play due to the system i had...i made a character but lagged so much i gave up till i got new computer

and second...i re-signed up with a new key...still didnt get it and am still here

hence my reason my i dont see the harm in everyone getting it

and third...well that is all

My account is credited with HJB and MC but I never had them, so do I deserve it? I signed up for the trial after launch and you know what? The game and story was incentive enough to play. I didn't even know I was supposed to have gotten them. I had to stop playing due to immense lag on my old PC but when I resubbed just over a year ago I still had my old Character available still with no MC or HJB but even then I was fine without the abilities... until they restarted handing them out again.

I know I probably will never get them due to the support staff being unable to verify if I ever did have them but I'll still side with those who can and in my opinion should get them. It is just a slap in the face for those who bought the game outside of the trials because they wanted to play it regardless of incentive.

I see though that you only care about something which benefits you so until the issue of Mobius and HJB is resolved, I don't want to see a veteran reward system.

Untradeable, everyone would of had them if they were.

They used to be tradeable, which is how a lot of people lost them as they borrowed them out and such and they slipped it into a patch without warning, so a lot of people who had them, now dont.

I used to slang HJB since my character was Beta. Twas easy too. I'd just create a new character, sell the HJB, and email the money back to my main. In fact, I have 2-3 HJBs I think on my main I was planning on selling until they patched them, making the abilities untradeable.

New question: Are these still untradable or can I use one of my high level characters to farm the gum and get Mobius or HJB and then give it to one of my lower level characters to use? Or should I collect the gum and then send the gum over to the other character to get the goods?

Yep, still untradeable. Just farm the 40 or 80 sticks of gum and email or trade them to the character you want to have it. Then just go to the collector.
