Geez Jack back off a little will ya... DE and the Mero's are the only thing keeping this server from being Zion 24/7. Yeah we're big, yeah we come with numbers, but that's what it takes to cripple the zerg, I suppose we coulda just stopped pvp'ing Zions and attacked Mechs all day (wouldn't that make us so clever ) then the other Merv's who would resent us for it couldn't touch us, and the Mech's so outnumbered would be forced to withdrawl.
If your so bored try this, stop being a lapdog for the Zion majority, and help rebuild your org, do that before you start looking at ours, because last I looked, the mechs are clearly the Cadillac of pvp, just don't have the peeps to keep it a managible fight most times.

I don't roleplay, but if I'm needed I do and I keep my mouth shut so the rest don't have to feel like their being made fun of for doing something they enjoy. Mana said it right, the pages you don't have access to on DE forums would take you MONTHS to read, much of it roleplay and background stories so instead of playing the intellectual, admit your ignorence to the subject, a subject you have no information on outside of Kafyn maybe who needed his roleplay so much he joined FA...oh yeah he stalled out at lvl 30 and hasn't been seen since, accept for popping in our vent reading whos on and losing his guts to talk before he logs off it.
is jack running any events at all? rp or pvp? what does jack do besides hide in mara c and help whoever has the most numbers. what does jack do to help anything on vector. i dont believe ive ever played the game and thought to myself, wow..thank god for jack. without him i would have been bored today. i can say that about manatik and de. im glad they hold any events at all. im not gonna be picky about what kind when im too lazy to do them myself.
what it all boils down to is players getting what they pay for. not what they deserve. mxo was advertised as being an online game with pvp, missions, and live events. it never said all except the pvp server would get live events. so its not our responsibility to make devs hold live events on vector. its their responsibility to hold them. period. i dont care if one player shows up for it.
i personally could give a rats buttox about live events, missions, story or rp. im a pvp junky. ill admit it. thats why i play on vector. i tried the other servers and they sucked. i forgot what i was rambling about. oh yeah. shut up jack. until you do half of what de does to help the server just shut up.

First off, Theres a few machines under the name of Project Mayhem and several others, which are helping.
And Second, Those same machines dont withdrawl, Normally. We're normally fighting till they log off, Which they do.

You've never asked until now- You never cared to know- And i still wont tell.

Im going to start a little tanget here but remain slightly focused on the title.
"It's really sad with Vector"
Well it's really sad about this game. Is the fact that most players are now veterans. Theyve reached 50 and done what they thought they needed to do- or still are doing what they think they can do. Threads about hitting Trifectas. Having factions on all 3 servers. having characters of all different Orgs. Having Every ability and so forth.
And through all this they have made alts. They have made characters in a RP-perspective, they are changing the facet of their game. Different faction- essentially the same thing but a new name pretending to be someone else or even letting others know you have characters in different Orgs.
From all this you have an Open PVP City where still you have players on one side saying that 1 Org dominates over the other until the they go to sleep or people get off work in another time zone and so forth. I am very sure that fits the bill for most people that even read these forums. You do not stick to simply one Organization/faction. You have your alts and treat them as such for retreiving information and what not about other parts of the storyline.
If you really believe your forums are private- you are very naive. If you believe in people- you are very naive.
As far as Live Events. It is a sad case. Tis true tis pity and Tis pity tis tis true. And thus a remainder and a remainder thus.
You have a situation where you are demanding more events on a server that compared to the other 2 has a more enjoyable atmosphere for Roleplaying. If you do not believe that there are people that have not tried to stop these RP events from going on peacefully- you are naive. I would be the first to stand up and say I have been one of those people- which is why I am not on the "need to know list" for Machine Meetings.
Sure, you are a customer of SoE, you can tap your foot all you want and demand this and that- but you will still have to prove it to them to spend that extra arm length to give you more events. If you believe that because your faction or your friends work so hard on player events that you deserve more Live Events- Not only are you naive, but rather, stupid, and self centered.
I do not dislike the function of what DE has done in the past nor what it continues to do so as of now. Many many many times have I made comments about the impact DE and DM have on the Vector Server. But with their obsession to push for things to occur- there were side effects that came along with it. If you dare deny the sideeffects- you are absent minded.
Surely, most would not call them "Side Effects" but rather unexpected benefits. Of course only for the course of the creating such Player Events. the Worker bees are whistling while they work to make their event possible- unable to forsee what is to come.
If you really think me as a player, or a person is unable to do the things you do- you are mistaken. If Darkhaze, all you can do is sit here and think I do nothing- I'm very sure if you gave me a task within this game- I could do it if it pushed myself to- And that is the thing that you do not want to admit. Getting involved. It's not your responsibility to make Devs do anything. But- it is their job to be as efficient as possible. And for now- it has been efficient for them to have limited events on Vector. If you think otherwise- prove them wrong by showing up.
I have said it before many times, there are many factions that tell their members that Live Events are optional. Some are even PvP optional. Some people simply just log in and go AFK. For a game with this "Lack of Magnitude." you should demand your faction- every member to show up. If you disagree- then you shouldn't care whether or not one event happens when you're not online that certain day.
If PvP Events are all that interest you- perhaps you should take a step back from that frame of mind and see where that tunnel vision leads you.
I'm tired of explaining things as if everyone was a 2 year old.

But whatever man, keep on fighting with the zerg. Keep on being "one of the only mechs that pvp" - pfft. Keep on attacking the one or two mervs with the 10 zionites.
Play how you want.
