Spoken like a true Toaster-lover. Tell me, Illyria, what was the price of your soul?
Among the things you got wrong: Michael would never knowingly endanger the lives of any Sleepers, as they are the very ones we are trying to save. And if I ever received an order to do so, I would walk away from my service to EPN without so much as a backward glance.
And one thing you got right (somewhat): the Machines are the Enemy. You see, the greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was to make everyone forget he existed. And the greatest trick the Machines ever pulled was to convince Humanity of their "sincere" desire for peace and co-existence.
The Truth is out there. It is searching for you. It will find you if you let it.
((OOC: The Kid is an idealist and a dreamer, as was obvious in The Animatrix: Kid's Story. I will admit that his cause does attract the more . . . radical of personalities, although not much worse or more radical than some of the people in other organizations. But he isn't a terrorist. After all, it was Morpheus who started the code bombing, long before The Kid started EPN. But, EPN is not a war-mongering group. They are simply about the truth. The Kid thinks that the people in the Matrix should be given a conscious choice, not the subconcious one that the system relies on to work. We feel that the subconscious choice is still slavery; even though the Machines are not stopping everyone from waking up, they are certainly working hard at avoiding it.))
