Zeroone emailed me to say he is trying to re-sub, but is getting error messages.
Could someone who has recently and successfully re-subbed email him ASAP at [email protected]?
Don't waste a minute! He's desperate, and would likely do anything for anyone who could help him get back in!
how is he resubbing? thru the launcher or soe support? I used the launcher no problems

Oh ****, it's night here and less than 2 hours left!!After contacting CS for help, they gave me a "pending" account for 3 days so I can resolve the issue in that time. That's why I can post here.Yes, I've found the right page to renew my subscription, I just get an error after resubscribing (i.e. after choosing "1 month" and clicking OK).Now, few questions:They advised me to (among other things) remove my payment source and re-add it again. I don't know how, since my payment source doesn't have a "Delete" button (any new I add does have, but not the current one).Also, I don't know how to reply to the CS. The standard method (going to "Service History", and clicking on the question title link) doesn't work, it takes me back to the "Service History" menu.So, can I reply them via Email? Will they understand me?Thanks!
in the subscription menu just click on: change payment source and add new card #
Um, if you mean specifically the "subscriptions info", I don't see any option concerning payment source on there.As for the actual tab "payment source", I don't see how that one can be removed or changed. There is an "update" option, but all you can do there is changing name and town.
Well, I have Bank Transfer, and when I added another Bank Transfer, I STILL couldn't delete the older one.I could delete the newer one, however, and now still stuck with the older. So no, doesn't work.
I just resubbed a minute ago, I was having this problem, too. It was more than likely a problem with Station.com.
