1) Before you post a new thread asking a question, try the handy search link down at the bottom of the forum page.
2) If replying to an existing thread, if there is more than 2 "me too" posts already in the thread, don't bother. The TSRs are aware of a potentially larger issue and the additional posts to have to read will only delay in their work to fix things.
3) TSR-Joel always gets the last word. If he has answered your question, or the question of someone else that applies to your own, you don't need to post about it (unless you're thanking him, 'cause this man deserves a lot of praise, considering I don't think he ever sleeps). Notice how every thread on this board has his name as the "last post" author. This is his board; he rules it well.
4) If you have a new issue and must post, please try to include as much detail about the issue as possible. This will help your fellow board members and the TSRs to solve your problems as quickly as possible. There are sticky threads at the top of this board with information on how to post your Computer's System Information (this is very important when posting about a glitch or bug in the game).
5) Be friendly and have patience. The team has just moved to a new home and are breaking out the windex to clean things up. They are very very very busy right now trying to make everyone as happy as possible. Bug fixes and feature modifications take time and must be prioritized.
Follow these general suggestions and help make this board a fun and efficient tech support forum.
