Yoshi Triga Trench That's not wrong, that's actually looking like the right shine for that item as you can see the shine is only on the leather parts of the Trench and not actually the cloth part of it.

I think the Avero Suits are fine, and as to the Black Void shades looking purple, it is indeed the angle in which you look at them. Since there's no reflection, the shiny stuff has to come from somewhere, and apparently that somewhere has a purple side to it.

Yeah, didnt Rare say they have like certain mapped textures to use for reflections? Looks like this ones just got a purple tinge to it is all.
Should be changed to black

I actually like that one. Much cooler with.
You know, it is a skinned leather trench, probably supposed to be shiny.

A list of my clothes I feel are too shiny now: First, the Cherry Cabbie Cap:
2. Greyish Milleri Fade Dress Combo- I don't mind the top half being a bit shiny, but the bottom is too plastic looking:
3. The Black Silver Croc Coat, Highcollar (i understand it's crocodile, so it has a bit of a shine, but I think this is too far, looking almost like oil):
4. The Black Milleri Dress:
5. the Lotus sleevless shirts in general (Purple picked as an example):
That's my too shiny list, but to change topic from unacceptable to annoying- the new 'specularity' has made the Brown Kell shiny jacket and pants match even less than they did before:
Is it too much to ask that the same fabric in the same colour be the same colour?

I dunno, I like the Cherry cap and the Croc jacket looks ok, probably better with a little less sine, but I'm not sure if the amount of shinyness can be scaled....

Really now why complain more, if it was suppose to be something from the begining and only just kicked in, be happy that for 2 years, you didn't have this.

This is the only think I agree on there, all the rest look good with the shine, and the reason I think this needs tweaking is on the color.
The Lotus Sleeveless screen looks more highlighted than shiney, but if it is shiney mabey that could be removed as that has a very 'cottony' look to it.

The Jayne collarless duster shouldn't be shiny; from the grain on the coat's texture you can tell it should have the matte finish it had before, as opposed to now (the black leather pants are dead-on, in comparison):

I'm not trying to cause a debate here, but to me all of those clothing items have material that appears to warrant specularity. Especially the Utley dress.

I think all those females are fine apart from the Lotus' - always struck me as cloth.
That said the weird colouration thats come with the specularity does need to be addressed.
