I have had my SWG account for 18 months plus now and since MXO is now
run by SOE I would like to take advantage of the Station Access.

Every time I go to sign up for the access it just shows me the billing
option for my only listed game which is Galaxies where I can only edit
the billing information for that account and not Station Access, the
hyperlink says Sign Up for station access but I can only edit monthly
payments for my one account as MXO is not listed.

Can someone help someone who is confused save money by getting Station Access working?

When you logged into MxO and it took you to the sign up page, did you click the Convert Account banner?

Yeah I did the convert account thing I can play MxO thats not the
problem the problem is I can t set up the Station Access I didnt do
none of the billing info when I converted my account cos I was already
in credit.

I just dont wanna pay 2 dofferent subscription fees I wanr Station Access

Please contact customer support about this to verify accounts. If you put your MxO account under the same Station Name as your SWG account we should be able to get this to work for you.

I also had a monthly PlanetSide subscription running along with a 3 months subscription MxO plan. How is it going to be calculated if I switch to an all access?

I also have all other SoE games on my Station Account.

Time will be pro-rated into the 21.99 monthly cost of Station Access.

Just spoke with onlne support and I found out you cant have station
access if you pay by global collect, so now the decision is do I cancel
SWG or Matrix Online.

The lack of content in MXO makes SWG more appealing I think oh well it was fun while it lasted
