For many years the smith virus lay dormant inside the Rsi of a Blue Pill. The Agents new about it but did nothing for fear of its powers being Discovered. A Zion operative attempted to unplug the blue pill, little did he know that the jackout process would lead to his death and the resurrection of the virus. On the night of the 1st of February 2006 The fait of the matrix changed forever as the virus took hold of the blue pill in which it had slumbered Bringing to life a Red pill known as Viralis. With no memories of his blue pill life and having visions of a battle that would decide the faith of the Humanity he set out to discover his purpose.

He soon began to realise that he was not like other red pills. He had vast knowledge of the system in which he lived in and as time went on he began to demonstrate some of characteristics of the smith virus. although he was unable to copy himself onto the rsi of a red pill he was able to influence the Decisions of a select few. A machine operative  who goes by the Handle Sokudablade Invited Viralis to join a faction whose purpose was similar to his own, the preservation of the Truce. Later he was to discover that his coming had been foretold by a Program Known as TX9000. With His skills and the ability to manipulate certain aspects of the matrix code he began to train the operatives of likwid Hyuzu in order to prepare them for the battle that lay ahead of them
