Greetings all,

The forums will be coming down at 8 AM PDT (9 AM MDT, 10 AM, CDT, 11 AM EDT, 4 PM UK, -7.00 CMT) on Monday for approximately 9 hours.  The forums should be back up at 5 PM PST.  We will be fixing quite a few issues, though many of them are on the Admin side of things so those won't affect you much.

We are re-indexing the new forums so that it minimizes the load on the db which was causing the servers to crash periodically. In addition, the following issues will be fixed the maintenance:

• When the user does not have access to have an avatar the avatar control panel is still displayed on the My Profile page
• When a user clicks the logout link a 500 error is received
• search exclamation point causes 500 error
• Messages posted/Topics created links in profile limiting to 15 results
• replying to a sticky with a non-admin user removes sticky
• change email preference default to No
• Default is listed in the language drop down, but the user cannot update their profile with that setting.
