This is more a technical help forum topic. It sounds a familier story and while it may have stemmed from the server issues back then I don't think it means the server is still having problems, just your account. Have you tried submitting a ticket to customer services?
Well, if the topic has to be moved, I pray the forum admins to do it.
This can of course be a specifical problem of my account, but I recall other people having it two weeks ago. It has been fixed back then, and now it just came back.
As to contacting the Customer Service, I didn't do it just because I don't really know how to... *blush* I tried it once and for some reason it did not work.
Obviously I'm not aware of what happened on your last attempt but if you follow this link and click on the In Game Support tab, you should be able to fill out the necessary forms noting down the exact problem including error messages in full and the character's name and don't forget to select the appropriate item from the drop down menus. I can't tell you specifically what to select as MOD networks don't seem to like SoE account pages...

Actually I got a response from GM Brewko (if I'm right), saying he could do nothing about it and escalated the question to the devs. And that I just have to wait.
