Avatar problems.

I try and set an avatar. First I hit "Browse". Pick one from My Pictures.

Im pretty sure the size is correct because I saved them to my pictures from a website that has all forum avatars.

I've tried about 10 different ones. Nothing.

What exactly should i do? Thanks.

I can help. Go to Photobucket.com or a similar image hosting site, and hotlink it from the site, it should work.

Had the same problem when I tried to set mine, I hotlinked it from photobucket and it worked, though.

I think you need to be registered on the forums for a year before you can use your own avatar.

Browsing for an Avy wasn't the problem, it was uploading it, and an admin would have to do that, unless you hotlink from an upload site with a high capacity.

You need to make about 10 to 20 more posts before your rank goes high enough to get an avatar...

You've already met the time registered requirement.

3 posts in a year... so I guess you don't use the forums much SMILEY
