So I just got this game, and installed it, made this account.

I go to login, says I need to put in the code

 

so I put in the code on the 3 CD fold out thing.

And i go to login

Authenticating... Failure. Your account has been disabled. For additional account information, click the account button.

 

What the hell?

Where did you buy your game?

It sounds like you got someone's used copy or something.

They were giving them away for free at some gaming convention.

 

 

it sends me here when i try logging in

If you entered a code of a game box then the most likely requirement it is missing is a payment method to validate the account and activate the free 30 days. However since the issue with the first trial where entering details cancelled out the 7 day trial I'm a bit wary about suggesting it.

The fact that it is a 30 day trial though makes me fairly certain that it does require a payment method to be entered, to be absolutely sure though contact customer support at http://support.station.sony.com and see what they say. You'll probably have to wait until Monday for a response now though (unless you've already got it sorted of course!)

had the same problem and i bought the d2d version... i just subscribed. fixed it.
