HELP PLS!

Hello

In game im haveing some sirius chat problems, id did the /ccr
thing and gettin sony to help but my ticket is invisable just like my chat. I
have no clue what do do and in the time with this prob i wont be able to talk to
anyone SMILEY

pls help me!

Does the Chat and Community windows appear at the lower left corner in your screen? If, the you have a minimized chat window. Just select Area Chat to maximize it again.

Regarding at your second question, only tickets are visible through the CCR system. If you submited your problem as a bug, then it won't show.

Nope, My chat is all together invisable, I have to say one word at a
time for ppl to understand and then i get yelled at for spamming lol.
its not just the chat its EVERYTHING i cant read anything mission wise,
cant read what items do, or i cant read the names of ppl..... I can
only see a couple letters of anything that comes out

Have you installed recently any video drivers? Does this problem happened since you installed the game? I suggest that you check the video drivers first, either do a rollback to a previous version or update. Additionally you might do a Full System Check on the client, in order to correct any failing file from the game.

This sounds more like a technical issue rather than a standard game
help issue, Ill move it to the Technical Help section where a TSR will
be able to help you out.

It would also help if you could hit f12 while in game to take a screen shot so we can see your problem. Upload the screen shot (which will be saved in your Matrix Online folder) via a site such as Imageshack.com and link to it here.
