Martial Arts Prowess nerfed

I see that martial arts prowess is still the barely usable 20 seconds (often resulting in one hit using it, with misses, or even none), but now has a 90 second timer instead of the previous 20 second one. :smileysad:

To be fair, you have to consider that Martial Arts Prowess is just a step-up from Intensify Damage, which also lasts for a very short time. I don't think the Devs intended MAP to be a such a determining factor in the outcome of combat, and thus, we see the nerf bat swung in its direction.
