Dev Field = Pain when used vs the uninitiated. You just have to know what to stack up on them before you execute it and I commonly get 1500+ dmg vs people in PvP. Sometimes I get a tell afterwards commending me for the pain that my Dev Field lay down. The best part is the stun, leaves them helpless for the Code Nuke 3.0 that follows up.

The dev field has a long use timer, but it can pack a serious punch if used correctly. I mean.. who can do 224 damage to the TM with one shot? Dev field can.
The stun is pretty devilish too, give you time for Code nuke 3.0 and the start of Logic bomb 2.0. It's a definite use in a big fuzz and you would just like to drop a little bomb into it.
