No Choice for Secret Question??? Help!!

Hi,

just purchased the game and was filling in my subscription info when i came upon the 'Choose a secret question'. I clicked on the drop-down box but there are no choices to choose from, none at all. So without choosing one i cannot continue rest of the subscription and when i try to login to the matrix online it states account disabled. (which i presume is due to me not completing my subscription).

Can anyone help please.

My advice would be to do the following:

Click here.
Then Click "Search the Knowledge Base" on the right. (at this point you may have to log in)
After that click the "Chat Support" Tab. and follow instructions.

There you will get to chat live with an SOE Customer service rep, Explain the situation and they should be able to sort you out hopefully,

I have attempted that but the chat support is not open on the weekend so would have to wait till Monday. I have put an email support query to them, but was wondering if anybody had come across the same issue.

What web browser are you using? If it is MSIE then try Firefox. If it is Firefox try MSIE.

i have both and have tried them both, but still the same result

I'm having this problem too, I've tried both IE and FF neither have the option

EDIT: I've fixed this problem, it doesn't say it but they send an confirmation email to the address you signed up with, check your inbox and then you will get a list of questions in the dropdown box.
