Only it actually is breaking. It flashes red, then stops altogether before it's due to either hit or miss, as if never called upon in the first place.

8 times out of 10 this *can* actually end up costing you a duel or a fight in PvP.

Usually using another Special that is on the same timer, like Pistol Barrage fixes it. However, rolling out always fixes it.

That's why I bring it up, because it was claimed to have been fixed.

This bug has been known about for quite some time now, and as shown, it is not fixed.

this has happened to me as well... bad guns! bad!
