Character Deletion Backfired

Last night, I tried to delete a character, funnily enough while the Customer Service was still down. When I hit delete and confirmed it, the launcher froze. I started the game back up, and that character, NightRobin, was still on the list. I hit delete again, and it said deletion was already in process. So, I left it alone for a bit, and tried to log in as my main, Guildinstern. I got an "account in use" message before being kicked from the game. When I checked this morning, I'm getting "Account already in use" across the board for all my characters. I filed a CCR sometime last night, but no one's gotten back to me yet.
