Well 9mmFu was kind enough to give me a box 4 to test. We had 7 level 50s, most with opertive loads but some hacks. Overall, I would say a lot of balance has been achieved. However, it needs tweaking. Resistance is just too much, ours and theirs. A non buffed power attack was doing 30-40 damage a hit to them, they were doing about 100-200 a hit to us. I think that that proportion is about right, but the damages have to be increased. The problem right now is that the box dissappears before we were close to done. The time ran out for us with 7-10 NPCs left on the last (3rd) phase. So my suggestion is to either, increase damage on both sides to speed up the outcome, or make the timer way longer.
 It was taking us about 3 minutes a guy as a team of 7 when we were able to lure them away from the group, which get's very boring. I think it should be speeded up.

One of the problems we frequently ran into on this one was that when one of the NPCs had very low health, they decided to escape from combat and go into the Evade state. They instantly regained all their health after it happened.

There is a lapse in Interlock animation right before they do this - no animation is played for one full round. After that round, they withdraw from combat and enter Evade mode.

But I agree - their damage appears to be just about right...their regular attacks are doing the right amount of damage, and their specials seem to be doing the right amount of damage as well. I think their resistances are a tad too high - I was only hitting them for about 15-20 damage with free-fire melee.

I agree.  If a full team of level 50's are suppose to be able to complete the box then they need to lower the resistance on the npc's or give us more time.  The last wave was going very slow and they kept rolling out to attack another player which was very annoying.

I also noticed that when you get a npc in a certain state (dazed, off balance etc) you have almost no time to activate a special.  Even if you click the special the state wears off before it can be used.  I think I landed only one special requiring a state throughout the entire box.  Made fighting really slow.

Just wanted to throw in a comment on our Box 4 here (did it tonight). We had 6 people and we found alot of the angels were evade bugging. That's something that really does need to be fixed.

After the box getting hung up and bugging before spawning the third wave, we decided to go get kicked by the commandos on the hoverpad opposite. Those guys were fine SMILEY
